2. No Cookies, No Tracking, No Analytics
We believe in absolute data minimization. This website does not set any cookies on your device. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any other tracking tools to monitor your behavior.
3. Hosting & Infrastructure (Cloudflare)
We host our website securely with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare acts as our data processor to provide Content Delivery Network (CDN) and DNS services. When you visit our site, Cloudflare temporarily processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) in server log files to protect against DDoS attacks and ensure stability.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in providing a secure and functional website.
4. Local Fonts
To protect your privacy, we self-host all web fonts locally on our own server. No connection is made to Google servers, meaning your IP address is not transmitted to Google for font rendering.
5. Script Security (Zero Data Access)
The DontMailMe automation tools (Google Apps Script, PowerShell, AppleScript) execute entirely locally on your machine or within your personal cloud environment. We never receive, process, or store your emails, login credentials, OAuth tokens, or any other personal inbox data.
6. Your Rights under the GDPR
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), request correction (Art. 16 GDPR), request deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), or restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
